Over the weekend Duke landed one of its five-star targets while three Pac-12 schools added firepower to their backcourts.
Freeman will be a physical scorer for the Bruins
First off No. 64 ranked Allerik Freeman committed to UCLA during his official visit. Freeman, a 6-5, 215-pound shooting guard will attend Henderson (Nev.) Findlay Prep this year.
Freeman joins fellow four-star shooting guard Zach Lavine in the 2013 UCLA recruiting class.
Then on Sunday Arizona State landed Chance Murray and California grabbed Jordan Matthews while they were both on their official visits.
Murray is a three-star guard out of Los Angeles (Calif.) Price High School and joins guard Egor Koulechov in Arizona State's 2013 recruiting class.
Matthews is also a three-star guard and is from Santa Monica (Calif.) High School. He committed to California on the heels of the Golden Bears landing top 25 ranked wing prospect Jabari Bird.
Away from the Pac-12, Duke is after a several five-star prospects, and the Blue Devils snagged one of them when Semi Ojeleye committed to Coach K during their in-home visit Sunday.
A physically imposing wing at 6-7, 225-pounds out of Ottawa (Kan.) Senior High, Ojeleye is the No. 18 ranked prospect by 247Sports. Ojeleye joins four-star sharp shooter Matt Jones in Duke's 2013 recruiting class.
