Miami (Fla.) signed the top overall junior college prospect in the recruiting industry-generated 247Composite rankings with Los Angeles (Calif.) Pierce College tight end Beau Sandland decided to continue his career with the Hurricanes.
“It was really the relationship that I build with the coaching staff, their resume, their experience, and their expertise,” Sandland told Nate Adelson of InsideTheU.com.
Sandland picked Miami over Oklahoma, Nebraska, Ole Miss and a host of others.
247Sports ranks Sandland as the No. 6 overall junior college prospect and the No. 1 junior college tight end prospect nationally.
