California took advantage of in-state talents like Jabari Bird to capture the top spot in the Pac-12 recruiting rankings.
Rondae Jefferson is the only five-star entering the Pac-12.
With the only recruiting class in the national top 20, California also landed four-star guard and in-state prospect Jordan Mathews.
Arizona has the only five-star prospect- Rondae Jefferson - coming into the Pac-12. The Wildcats are also very much in the hunt for elite forward Aaron Gordon, who is also considering Oregon and Washington out of the Pac-12.
Oregon, UCLA and Washington are the other Pac-12 programs ranked in the national Top 47 recruiting rankings.

Scouting Report- A high level athlete, Bird is versatile and has one of the best midrange scoring games in the class.
Small Forward- Rondae Jefferson (No. 5 nationally, signed with Arizona)
Scouting Report- Jefferson, who can play either forward position, has a great motor and is an under rated passer.
