Perhaps no team in the Pac-12 or even the nation is hotter on the recruiting trail than the ASU SunDevils.
Today ASU kept it going with a commitment from 4-star linebacker Derik (D.J.) Calhoun. The nation's No. 184 overall player decommitted from USC last week following an official visit to ASU. From that point it seemed like only a matter of time for the 4-star to make a new pledge.
His father, Derik Calhoun, confirmed via text of his son's decision. He also informs 247Sports, Calhoun won't be taking any other official visits, effectively ending his recruitment.
Arizona State now has the No. 3 ranked class in the Pac-12. The commitment also moves the SunDevils up to No. 25 nationally.
