Florissant (Mo.) Hazelwood Central four-star offensive tackle Roderick Johnson had been considered a Florida State lean for most of the recruiting process, and he made it official on National Signing Day on Wednesday, announcing for the Seminoles.
The 6-foot-6, 315-pound Johnson is ranked by the 247Sports Composite Ratings as the nation’s No. 125 prospect overall. He also ranks as the country’s No. 14 offensive tackle and No. 2 prospect overall in the state of Missouri.
Recruited by Tim Brewster and Rick Trickett, Florida State is at No. 3 in the 247Sports national team recruiting rankings with Johnson’s commitment.
