Friday Night Sights: Hoover-SP (Preview)

BATESVILLE, Miss. – On Friday night, two of the most tradition rich programs in the country met in a highly-anticipated early season matchup between South Panola of Mississippi and Hoover High School of Alabama. In a rematch of last year’s 24-13 Hoover victory, the Buccaneers rolled again to a 35-10 statement win.

South Panola featured safety Tony Conner, a 247Composite five-star prospect and the No. 4 safety in the country according to 247Sports. Hoover featured Marlon Humphrey, the No. 1 CB in the country on 247Sports for the class of 2014 and a five-star prospect.
