Connecticut picked up a commitment from two-star junior college tight end J.D. Krill (Mission Viejo, Calif./Saddleback College) on Monday, the Hartford Courant reports. The 6-foot-6, 245-pound Krill picked the Huskies over Texas State.
Krill is the nation’s No. 246 overall junior college prospect according to 247Sports. He is the No. 11 junior college tight end and the No. 84 overall junior college prospect in the state of California.
Krill is commitment No. 19 for the Huskies.
