It's been a busy Monday for El Cerrito (Calif.) wide receiver Jalen Harvey. Earlier today he opened things up from his Cal commitment after the two parted ways. Moments ago he made a new pledge to ASU.
The 6-foot-1, 175-pound prep visited Tempe this weekend and went home impressed. It was seemingly only a matter of time before joined the SunDevils as part of the 2014 class.
Harvey is the No. 133 overall player in the nation according to 247Sports. The 247Composite has him ranked slightly lower at No. 294 overall.
Arizona State now has 15 commits in the 2014 class. Harvey is the top ranked recruit on their current list, just ahead of Tyler Whiley.
His teammate, Derik Calhoun also visited ASU this weekend and could join him soon.
