Three-star running back Javin Webb (Shreveport, La./Evangel Christian) announced a commitment to Houston on Sunday via his Twitter account.
The 5-foot-9, 185-pounder is commitment No. 17 for the Cougars in the Class of 2013.
Webb is the No. 70 running back prospect in the 2013 class according to 247Sports and is the No. 45 overall prospect in Louisiana.
