Newman headlines 2015 rankings

Malik Newman has the total package as a combo guard.

As he picks up offers from some of the nation's top programs, Malik Newman securely holds onto the top spot in the updated and expanded 2015 rankings.

Having just received offers from Duke and Kentucky, Newman is the quintessential elite combo guard with the ability to score at will and also run a team. He recently led the USA 16U National Team to a Gold Medal in the FIBA Championship of the Americas.

Cheick Diallo, who surfaced on the national radar this spring, sits behind him at No. 2 as the top interior prospect in the class. Diallo is an athletic and competitive force around the basket in the mold of a Kenneth Faried.

Following Diallo is skilled and near 7-foot center Stephen Zimmerman. At No. 4 is athletic forward Ivan Rabb. And Australian transport Ben Simmons rounds out the top five.

At No. 6 Jaylen Brown is the highest ranked wing prospect. He is followed by post players Skal Labissiere, Elijah Thomas and Diamond Stone.
