How do I access my user account information on 247Sports?
To access your user account information, click on the “My Account” link at the top right of the site located in between the sign out link and private message inbox.
How do I update the e-mail address associated with my 247Sports account?
Click on the “My Account” link and then click on the “Plans” tab. Enter your updated e-mail address and click save. This will now be the e-mail address you use to log into 247Sports.
How do I change my username on 247Sports?
To change your username, contact customer support at support@247sports.com and provide your current user name along with the new user name you wish to use on 247Sports. In case your first choice is already taken, it’s recommended you also included a second and third option in your e-mail.
How do I change my password on 247Sports?
Click on the “My Account” link and then click on the “Password” tab. Enter your current password along with your new password and click save. (Passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 6 characters.)
How do I retrieve the password on my account?
Click on the Forgot Password link at the bottom of any 247Sports web page.
When is my subscription set to renew?
Click on the “My Account” link and then click on the “Plans” tab. Your renewal date will be listed in the subscription section for the site that you are currently subscribed to.
How do I update my billing information?
To update your billing information, click on the “My Account” link and then click on the “Plans” tab. On the credit card that is attached to your active subscription, click “update”. Update your billing information and click save.
To add or switch the credit card associated with your active subscription, click on the “add new card” link. Add your new credit card. Once the card is added, click on the “change” link next to your active subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription to 247Sports?
E-mail customer support at support@247sports.com and provide your name, user name and e-mail address associated with the account. If you want to avoid a subscription renewal, you must cancel 72 hours prior to the end of the then current subscription period. If you sign up for a free trial or take advantage of an extended free trial, you must cancel 24 hours prior to the end of your free trial to avoid automatic charges associated with beginning your subscription. 247Sports customer support is staffed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (CT) Monday – Friday.
How do I stop recurring billing for my subscription?
To stop recurring billing on your account, e-mail support@247sports.com and provide your name, user name and e-mail address associated with your account.
How do I purchase a gift subscription to 247Sports?
Contact customer support at support@247sports.com to receive instructions on how to purchase a gift subscription.
What forms of payment does 247Sports accept?
247Sports currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you would like to use another form of payment, please e-mail support@247sports.com
Merge and activating Accounts
Many sites have joined that 247Sports network that were previously on an existing team site network (example: BamaOnLine.com). In most cases, 247Sports honors the user's previous subscription/membership term if a user completes the merge/activation process. Once a user completes this step, they will have full access to their respective team site with the same subscription term from their previous membership. If a user decides to cancel their merged account prior to the next renewal date, 247Sports will immediately deactivate the account, eliminating access to the site. Note: This is different from how standard subscriptions (non-merged) are treated. With standard subscriptions originating on the 247Sports network, users will receive all the time they have paid for, even if they decide to cancel their account prior to the next renewal date.
