Buddy Brown looks better and better physically every time I see him play. Depending on who all of the final players are ultimately, Rutgers is in great shape.

In-person, he performs like a no-brainer in camp settings. The film is good, but not as good as he does in person.
Plus, Brooklyn is an under-recruited area. If Rutgers and Syracuse are in on him, then the regulars are already in on him if that makes sense.
