Will Towns Jr. provide good news?

Karl Towns Jr.

Karl Towns Jr. is a special talent.

Coming off two losses and a drop out of the Top 25, one of the nation's top programs is expecting some good news Tuesday morning from an elite recruit.

2015 No. 1 ranked prospect Karl Towns Jr. will announce his college decision tomorrow morning at 10 A.M. Eastern time. The 6-10 post player out of Metuchen (N.J.) Saint Joseph High School is expected to announce for Kentucky.

Last week he unofficially visited Kentucky for a game and also took in Kentucky's Midnight Madness in October.

Over the summer he played on the Dominican Republic National Team coached by Kentucky head coach John Calipari.

Duke and Florida are the other main competitors for Towns Jr., who is known for his mobility and high skill level.

Comparisons have run the gamut through the likes of Dirk Nowitzki, Sam Perkins and Kevin Durant.

Towns Jr. is also expected to reclassify up to the 2014 class at some point.
