Milton (Fla.) Pace kicker Ryan Santoso has committed to Minnesota, One On One Kicking where he trains reported on Twitter.
The 6-foot-5, 270-pound Santoso is the 14th commit for the Gophers in the class-of-2013.
A future Under Armour All-American, Santoso is the nation's top-ranked kicker according to the 247Composite.
As a senior, Santoso was 14-of-17 on field goal attempts with a long of 42 yards. He booted 46-of-48 kickoffs for touchbacks. Santoso also averaged a shade over 39 yards per punt.
Santoso took his official visit to Minnesota the weekend of Dec. 14 and also had an offer from South Alabama.
