Wide receiver Nate Brown (Suwanee, Ga./Norcross) had narrowed down his list of suitors to Missouri and Vanderbilt Brown visited Vanderbilt several times, but after taking a visit two weeks ago during his team’s bye week, the 6-foot-3, 210-pound wideout knew he had found his future home.
“The balance of academics and football at Missouri were too much to pass up,” Brown said. “When I saw the support they have for their team and their players, I just fell in love,” Brown said. “Their offense really feels like a perfect fit because they try to get the ball downfield to their receivers.”
Brown made the call Monday night to his recruiter of record.
“I called Coach Alex Grinch and told him I was committing to Missouri,” Brown said. “He was caught off guard and said that now he was so amped up he was going to be up all night. My parents are excited for me and fully support my decision.
