I think we all agree that North Carolina did a good job of evaluating this year. Very nice, balanced class. Trubisky can be outstanding.

No offense keith but FSU overcoming losing 6 coaches including our OC to a rival 2 weeks to NSD and still pull a top 10 class that has to be the biggest obstacle.

Having to answer the # 1 question on a recruits mind with I don't know is daunting but the BTW landmine was a PR disaster.

I agree on Coley, but Stoops and Eliot were pretty significant losses as well

Eliot, Gran and Craig were pretty big losses that hurt with a good amount of kids

Coley only hurt with Jackson and I think if Pruitt would have pressed for Jackson FSU would have landed Eddie anyways but it sounds like Jeremy went a different route

I said he was vastly over-rated and he was, today was clear proof of this

In 5 years Coley only landed Miami kids that Miami didn't offer, hell he wanted to make Werner a TE until Jimbo and Eliot thought about moving him to defense

Coley was so over-rated by Nole Nation its not even funny, he is a solid recruiter and C- coach at best

Im sure he will do fine at Miami in terms of recruiting but making him the OC was a terrible move by Golden, and one of desperation so that he can stop being such a doormat in south florida in recruiting

Could have made an argument for three teams in this category.

To me, and this is just my opinion, but FSU is FSU ... Always recruits well no matter what.

Miami would my No. 2 choice. The Canes have had to overcome a lot. And it's not a bad class. Not great. But not bad.

I just thought it was a coin toss since UVA was basically a train wreck last season. I went with UVA partly because everyone already knows about Miami and what it has dealt with. But Miami also had some success last year. In fact, I think it did better last year in many ways than this year.
