    Seems like a lot of southern recruiting experts are being hired... How many do you have for the Midwest region???...

    Perroni will add Midwest value IMO. He covers Texas (we have that state surrounded now lol) and all Big 12 states. Areas within that region that Midwest programs recruit.

    We are building a very good team.

    I am looking for both "talent" and "experience" -- guys that are proven hard workers.

    Over the years, the industry has been watered down with guys that only want to evaluate and spend time on other endeavors. We want workers, grinders and people that have decades of relationships.

    We've got a couple more regions we need to improve, but feeling real good about where we stand right now.

    Certainly improved a ton of areas coverage this summer. You guys did a ton of work this summer. Going to be a fun Fall with all of this.
