Before you pass out:
-Drink as much water as humanly possible (3-4 glasses atleast)
-Pop 3 Aleve
-leave a full glass of water for the middle of the night when you wake up thirsty
It's all about hydration.

this. Also drinking Mt dew when you wake up helps your bodys craving for alcohol by replacing it with sugar.
