No one's more excited than me for tonight.. first time my Panthers have been in it for 16 years and I was there back in miami with season tix (and my Beezer jersey)... now I live in cali so I'm stuck with the ducks (duck games are a joke btw) in person.

I was only 3 years old unfortunately. Didn't even get to revel in that, but still a great time for Toronto sports. Everyone one of my older relatives glows about those seasons, just want them back. We are headed in the right direction.
And interesting about Philly. I want to visit Philly see some games, I hear great things about you guys as a sports city. I also don't mind the Flyers, and I am cheering for you guys in the playoffs.

Well you guys have a club team but the hockey is terrible.
My cousin goes to Duke, and played on the hockey team and he played FSU a couple of times lol.
College hockey is great though, just not the club stuff.
I want a real hockey team in the G&G....

I was 5 for that WS, so it's one of my first big sports memories. Luckily, 2008 happened, so I'm content on Phillies joy for another 20 years.
As for visiting here, I suggest coming for a non-Toronto game when nobody will care that you're not cheering for the home team. Either way, it's fun as hell though and I do have plenty of friends who went in opposing colors and were alright. Just don't act like an idiot.

Mellanby killed a rat in the locker room with his stick, then scored two goals with the same stick... ever since then they started throwing rats on the ice until the NHL made a new rule that would penalize the team... though it still happened from time to time.
Ahh....OK. My husband and I were trying to figure it out the other day and all I could come up with was that Panthers are cats and cats kill rats

Yeh I'm generally pretty tame when in opposing territory. And TBH it's questionable if I would even risk wearing opposing colors, not worth getting your ass beat. And it's not just Philly fans all over are dumb as hell these days and take things too seriously.
But yes I'm dying to get down to a Phillies game and a Flyers game.
