-The competitive ballance of the series
-Zetterberg wasn't injured
-Television Ratings

I saw no "tip-ins". That first goal was just throwing it out in front and it went off Stuart, that's lucky. The second was deflected yes, but not intentionally hence no tip-in. That third goal was nice, and terrible defense. I will say this though, those two goals might have been lucky, but that's the type of stuff that happens when you throw shots at the net. Detroit has lived by this philosophy for years, so no reason for us to complain.

I did too. My husband dvred it and we watched it later. After the 3rd Pens goal I went upstairs to watch something else and pulled up the scores to see how badly the Flyers lost. Imagine my surprise when I saw the score. I immediately went back to watching the game.

Just saw this thread on here.
I'm still flabbergasted at the comeback the Flyers had last night. As a Flyers fan, I'm tickled pink. They seem to always play being down and use that as drive/motivation to play harder and do quite well coming from behind. I'm hoping that that blown game by the Pens takes some of the gas out of them. I know a lot of my friends who are Pens fans are dogging it right now and are in absolute shock.

it was a long rebound with a turnaround wrister...
not bad... pretty severe angle... and i like callahan, which pains me to say, so i didn't hate the goal

Callahan was very likable on 24/7, so I don't have too much of a problem with him.

looking good so far. I wasn't stoked getting Ottawa in Round 1, but it is what it is. Hank needs to keep coming up big like he did in the 1st

I'm a huge Sens fans right now. Flyers can't compete with the Rags if both advance. Need one of the Rags or Bruins to lose the first round or the Flyers are guaranteed to play one of the two. Both have had the Flyers' number. Would love to play NJ/FLA over them.

Believe it or not but I played ice and roller hockey for 15 years.
Went to camps in Sasqatuon (sp?), Maine, Boston, Ontario.. All over.
Played for the Bayou Bears and Team Louisiana and we were pretty good. Played tournaments in 16 different states.
I miss those days man, I'm an Avalanche fan for life
