Thank you. Customer Service has always been very important to me. And admittedly, I thought we did a fine job with it at Rivals in the early stages, but as the company grew we went away from our fundamental beliefs on customer service. There were a lot of factors working against us, but nonetheless, I take full responsibility for CS the last couple years of my time at Rivals.
When we built 247Sports it was one of the areas that we were committed to making a mainstay in our core beliefs. We aren't perfect, but everyone from the highest to the lowest level employee works in CS. I can't tell you how many times a guy like Noah Stanley leaves some important project to work service emails or questions on the boards. Also, we are setup completely different than Rivals. Our reporters have bought in to the formula of all working together. Thats why you see the LSU guys on the Bama board and vice versa.
We aren't perfect, but I don't believe we will ever stray from our CS roots in this venture. Let's face it, we are in this business because we love sports and love this business. Outside of backyard hoops, spending time with my family, there's absolutely nothing in the world I would rather be doing than working in this business and hanging out on the boards with you guys.
We appreciate your support and will continue to work hard to provide a great service for you. Noah has some terrific ideas to reward you guys --- many that I expect we will be rolling out early next year.

The deal is ESPN never scouts Louisiana properly, and the only time LSU fairs well on their rankings is when we go OOS. Why would we want our rankings that we pay for on this site to include such a terrible product that ESPN puts out? You see where I'm going with this?
