Seems to me that Garrett is the first in what will be a long line of spineless coaches. Hire one, watch him lose, fire him and blame the losses on the coach. Wash, rinse and repeat.
Ralph Wilson has done something similar, without being involved in the team. He is close to dying though. Jones, not so much.

Never heard anything about Ralph Wilson being the same way. Never kept up much with the Bills, but now that you mention it, they really haven't had many big name coaches. Lord knows that Ralph has the money to spend and is willing to spend it. Look at last years offseason. He will sure as hell pay his players.

Ironically, both he and Jerry Jones had Wade Phillips as a HC. What is even worse is that Phillips was fired for underperforming, but he was better than all the proceeding coaches combined.
Ralph has tried everything except hire GOOD coaches. I'm still a little undecided about the front office. Feel like they have done well enough considering we've switched D schemes twice in three years, gotten Mario Williams to sign, etc. Not great, but good enough.
