There will be at least 2, maybe 3 or 4, QBs picked in the first round. Who saw Tannehill or Weeden as first round QBs in December of last year? Not many people. Similar things will happen this year. KC will surely take a QB, probably Geno. I think Oakland would be a good fit for Matt Barkley, even as high as they're drafting. I'm hearing some rumblings that Ryan Nassib of Syracuse could be a 1st round run. I wouldn't be surprised to see Cleveland take a QB, especially since they'll have a whole new administration and coaching staff.

You gotta wonder if Oakland will want to give Pryor a shot before spending a high pick on a QB, not saying they will, but it has to be in the back of their mind.
If I am Oakland, I take this off-season clean up some of the mess and figure out what to do with Palmer and Pryor. Next year is when I would focus on QB. There is so much work to be done in Oakland, that i think it is more advantageous to let Pryor develop and see if there is anything there.

There's a lot of teams that could take a QB this year. Arizona, NY Jets, KC, Oakland, Jacksonville. Problem is that drafting a QB this year is just adding one more name to a fray of mediocrity. None of the QBs on the board can/will salvage a franchise in year one like RG3 or Luck. A QB will only get drafted if it's someone trying to save their job, or put a new face on the franchise.
Seems like Oakland has plenty of other problems it should be dealing with.

Lions need a CB more than anything. Eifert with Manning would be illegal.
