  • This argument is getting old. It would be a good game. Really dumb to compare the two teams based on international competition. I think everyone can agree the international competition is leaps and bounds better than 1992

  • I just wanna root for Team USA. Feels like the Dream Team comparison has people rooting for them to fail. I dont understand why people seem to hate on this team so much. I like watching them play, especially when they turn up the heat defensively.

  • People justneed to understand that the NBA isnt the product that it once was. Some of this generations players will probably replace some of the older guys. Im not gonna deny that.

    But, real basketball will beat pickup basketball just about everytime. Especially if the right people are playing the right positions. Playing from post to point (inside out), will normally win more gms than playing fastbreak ball. The focus on fundamentals, in todays gm, is noticeably absent to most of us.

    The Dream Team was put together as a team, this yrs squad was put together as a collection of talent. Huge difference. It would be a good matchup, but the Dream Team would win.

    No knock against Melo, cause I actually appreciate his offensive skills. The boy can score.

    But, the fact that this team actually needs him to score 20/gm is stupid. Thats pretty much all I need to know.
