Has any team with a 9 game conference schedule made it through undefeated? I am not talking about championship games in addition to an 8 game conference slate. With a championship game, you are talking 10 conference games. That is a recipe for missing the BCS title game.

Damn I love our schedule next year. Dont play first SEC game until week 3. Dont play back to back games against SEC teams until November. If we get a quarterback, or Petrino, or both, we might be greatly improved next year
Edit: I guess we do play Moo State at home and LSU away consecutively in the 3rd and 4th week, but that is the only time we play SEC teams back to back until November

When do the B1G and ACC go to 9 game schedules? Definitely won't happen until then, IMO. The only reason the PAC12 stuck with 9 game schedules when they went to 12 teams is because that gives them an extra conference game at home every other year which brings more money since none of them can sell enough tickets to their OOC games.
