247 National guys, you still think Jalin isn't a 5 star??

Nobody in the Midwest could put 400 total yards on Saint X like that. What caused him to drop his 5 star anyway. #1 prospect in the Midwest and top 20 overall.

During the opening he didn't play at wr as very well against the top cb's in the country. The rankings simply don't matter, its not like the lower his ranking the worse he will play. Meyer will find a way to get the ball in this kids hands. I have zero worry about him based off of one recruiting services ranking.

Guarantee he gets moved up even higher than he was before eventually. He absolutely dominated st x who is a powerhouse here in Ohio. He's an athlete an should be rated as one, not a WR. 247 made a blunder in dropping him like 50 spots after 1 flag football game at the opening and were calling them out on it.

JHC man, they've said this countless times. It's not because of his HS performance - he's obviously a stud. These rankings are about projections for college and the NFL. He doesn't project to be a first round NFL type of guy right now because he'll need to adjust to WR and hasn't been elite as a WR.
Suck it up. You're getting an awesome player. Do you really need his talent to be validated by rankings?

He is a freak athletically... There is no possible way that athletic ability will not translate to college. He's not exclusively a wide receiver, the biggest argument that needs to be made is rating him as a pure athlete. They obviously saw this in the first place to have him rated high to begin with but them dropped him after a 7 on 7 camp. He didn't show he's a polished receiver..... Ok great..... That's because he's not, he's an athelete. He's dominated top Ohio high school talent for going on three years now, it's only a matter of time before 247 admits making a blunder and moves him back up

You must've missed the part where a lot of the ranking is NFL potential...

I must have missed the point where judging someone's NFL potential should hold THAT much weight on a college football recruiting site. And who's to say he doesn't have nfl potential with that type of athletic ability
