I actually am really starting to like that blog. I think one of the things you could do with it is kind of invite the customers in how 247 is being operated and such... Just an suggestion but I think it would be kind of cool to take some pictures in meetings and stuff that will be going on before being launched (obviously what you can post). I don't know though this may be more up Einstein's alley in suggestions.

Not sure they are any more fun than other gallery tools you've seen around the web. This just give our publishers another way of producing content... right now they create a message board thread and post three photos per posts ... this would give them a tool to do as many photos as they want
