We can't force the man to stop procreating, but at what point should the government get involved and in what way? He has 30 children that they know about, there could be a dozen more out there being supported by single moms or even other men. When is enough enough?

Is it time for our nation to start looking at ways to stop this problem? Or do we just sit back, use it for fodder around the water cooler? Back to my original question, in reality what can be done?
