    Y are the USCw fans pumping their chests about this kid? He's an awesome talent, but receivers aren't used on this side of the country as much as the Pac12. Well, Arky and WVU are obviously in that group.

    We pump our chest about dlines, olines, and rbs. He probably couldve started for Stanford last yr, lol. Thats how bad their wr core is talked up to be. But, they beat USC still with oline play.

    that is the problem, his type of WR skills are a dime a dozen in florida, he is a great talent but he isn't setting world recorders, he is just another WR from florida..... that is it.... and all that has been said.... and he thinks that we or Nova is just saying that cause we are mad he went to USC..... bottom line is this, if distance wasn't a factor then USC was an obvious choice, but many thought it would be a factor hence why UF was a popular choice by most people who predicted where he would go....

    As good as NA and Diggs are proclaimed to be, they will make a much larger contribution for a spread team or a team with an experienced offense, over UF.

    I would rather focus on the oline and rb position, offensively. WRs are always overrated to me, because of the fact that if the oline play is subpar; their effect will be limited.

    The state of Fl will have 3-4 NA's next yr and the year after that, and the year after that also.

And nobody's pumping their chest about this kid. He's a solid talent no doubt, but he won't be getting any significant burn this year unless there are major injuries. He'll be behind at least four WRs on SC's depth chart.

    Im not saying we arent hurting at wr. The kid is good. But, what was he really gonna do at UF?

    Maybe the other gators you encountered were jacked up about him and Diggs, but not me. So it definitely wasnt a blow to me. A great oline and solid qb play can make most avg receivers better.

    Thats what Im more focused on. Most wrs are overrated, and with a great oline, their talents will be undervalued anyway.

    How many mentions of receivers were there in the Bush/White yrs?
