Has it been determined that teams will be chosen by a committee? I was thinking that it would be something similar to the current system. Just take the top 4.

Its a committee. Preferences are supposed to be given to conference champions, but I think this year both Bama and UF would be in.
It's going to be interesting to see how this plays out. If its the top 4 teams from this year, would Bama and Florida be paired up as they're 2 and 3 or will there be a provision that if two teams from the same conference are in the playoffs that they can't be paired up?

The B1G conference was a disaster this year....and Bucks you have to be off probation just so you know.
FSU and Clemson were good not great and played in a terrible ACC......went 0-4 against the SEC when it mattered.
BigXII was solid at the top but no depth with a bunch of 7-5 finishers
PAC12 was strong at the top with Stanford and Oregon.
Big East shouldn't even be in this discussion.
It's needs to be an 8 team playoff.....that's when CFB will really shine.
Screw Conf champs, just grab the top 8 in the BCS.......would be some great battles....we'd see what Oregon can do against those big time D's.
Maybe another heavy weight battle like Bama and UGA.
grabbing conf. champs will result in the same shenanigans as this years' BCS bowls.....have a damn 5 loss B1G team in there that doesn't deserve it.

6 SEC teams in top 10. How mad is everyone gonna be
