A SEC top tier program couldn't hire away a Big East coach?

Really puts into perspective the wide gulf between the 2 conferences.

I know it's crazy. Even nuttier...an SEC program in turmoil had no problem at all in hiring away the coach of the 3 time defending B1G champion. Really puts into perspective just how far ahead of the B1G the SEC really is.

Agreed. They will probably have to settle for another top Big 10 coach like Arkansas. Big East > Big 10

The expectations are also alot lower at Arkansas right now.
