    Not saying that for sure. I do think he'll stay closer - at the end of the day. Been wrong plenty before in this business, however.

    LSU is playing with house money though, assuming Rashard Robinson stays in the fold. I love LSU corner/DB class.

    With Auburn offering Alexander's brother recently and a visit possible on Feb 1, do you see Auburn getting in the mix with them?

    Also, I think Auburn expects that Montravious Adams is likely to visit on Feb 1 as well. Early on, Auburn was in pretty decent shape to land Adams....with a visit the last weekend, do you see Auburn getting back to having a legit shot at him...especially with Carl Lawson and Reuben Foster visiting the same weekend?

    No question on Alexander. Who offers Mackenro, and MacKensie sees as his best opportunity to start as a frosh is a strong bet. I think if that happens closer to home than far away - winner, winner.

    Auburn's Feb. 1 weekend, assuming all guys make the visit - awesome group and definitely provides for a great close.

  • My first thoughts on this thread was......The difference between players wanting to play on the varsity and the players that want to play JV and party. Hey come to the ACC we play 2 games a year if we are unlucky.

    Yeah no doubt, going to the SEC and playing 4 games a year is such a huge step up

    This is why USCe is 3-16 all time against Florida State

    Its also why you are a very impressive 41-65 all time against the juggernaut that is Clemson football

    Clearly that brutal SEC schedule has turned USCe into a superpower, one that has not only never won the conference but never even sniffed a national title

    I already knew the responses I was gonna get being a Gamecock fan. And your right. But I like the direction my football program is heading in and that's because of the SEC. Playing great competition matters.

    BTW I owe FSU a huge thank you. Thank you for being a chicken in the 90's and choosing the ACC. How's that working out for you know?
