Yeah the two completed passes by McCoy really looked like a "trouncing". Colt couldn't have saved your "number one ranked defense" from giving up 100 yards to not one but TWO of our running backs. And our broken ribbed QB didn't keep us from putting up points, so don't complain.

And don't forget that if not for Sam Bradford getting hurt, you never would have even been in the game. I can actually say you wouldn't because Bradford actually had some meaningful passing stats before he got hurt, unlike Colt in the NC game.

So, you know, beyond the shadow of a doubt that had Colt not gone out that Bama would've won the game, right? Is that what you're saying?

Our porous D, huh? Even you couldn't say that with a straight face if you were looking me in the eye. Our D was excellent that year, and was fresh off of shutting down the amazing Tebow and crew (they were ranked #1). Nebraska's D wasn't as good as ours that year and they held you to 13 points. I have no reason to believe that our excellent defense, who had already proven they could contain a Heisman caliber QB, wouldn't have had a similar result against your offense. As far as "4 and out against the defense" and "at the 10 about to score".... you're basing your opinion of the game's ultimate outcome on that??? Alabama only had one possession... we gave up a sack and one of our kids made a questionable call on the fake. You had a short field and gained 24 yards before Colt got hurt. You're basing this on a 4 and out and 24 yards? That doesn't seem like a sound argument.

How long are you gonna continue to be irrelevant in football?
