AU has already locked up the top AL prospect for 2013

  • It should be two years in a row with what TJ Yeldon is doing on the field this year. However, next year looks like it's going to be our biggest class yet. Things are certainly setting up nicely!

  • Just pointing out that AU recruiting has never had success at this high of a level. We have never had a shot at the top player in state, it's just how things work in Alabama.

    However, thanks to this staffs ridiculous amazing evals, they picked up TJ Yeldon as a running back when no one wanted him on offense (whoops!). Dee Liner was scouted, evaluated, and we easily picked up his commitment and now look good for two 5* DL this year. Kenny Bigelow is a lock for us too. 2013 is going to be a HUGE year for Auburn. Especially now that a lot of these kids are seeing that the Cam thing was NEVER about Auburn, just like Chizik told them.

    Nothing is over until they sign, I'll agree with that.

    Just like there's a long way to go in Reuben Foster's recruitment. He's been on our campus more than Alabama's this year. It will be interesting to see what happens there.

    I never said anything about the guy you're talking about. I don't keep up with recruiting that much and I couldn't tell you anyone in the Top 10 for 2013 state wise so fuhq.

    What he is saying is that Auburn has as much of a chance to flip Foster as Bama does to flip Liner, which is very little. I thought that was pretty clear.

    Given his background and family that is the obvious conclusion for Foster. The question you need to ask yourself is why does he keep visiting AU? The more he comes around the more he likes it.....and He will be back again.

  • Let me just get this straight. Anyone that has committed to auburn is solid lock, will never change mind, sure to be 5 star if not bad evaluations by staff. But anyone committed to bama better look out because auburn is still after them. Am i reading all this right?

  • Yay a Bama auburn flame fest. Haven't seen one of these in awhile.

    Can we be reasonable here? Foster at the
    moment is solid to Bama however him visiting Auburn is cause for concern and auburn has proven capable of pissing in Bamas Cheerios.

    That being said were also in the lead for Hakuna Matata so as Bama fan I am ecstatic we have a badass chance for yet another solid haul.

    Now if we can get a consistent kicker, I'll be even happier
