My neighbors have twin girls about 4 years old and he asked me to do it. He said his father used to do it every year but he passed away. So this 6'0" tall 170 pound pessimist is about to dress up like a holy jolly fat man and hand presents to kids. This should be interesting, hopefully it won't last long.
Hand me the beard.....

Their dad just brought over two great steaks that I will be cooking later tonight or tomorrow. He didn't have to do that but I'm not going to turn them down. The girls got a BBall goal and bikes that they seem to not want to ever get off of. Man, Christmas was a lot more fun at that age. I've never felt so old in my life. Turning 30 is FTL.

Seriously. I'm 22 and honestly couldn't give a chit about Christmas really anymore. Nice to get to see all my family and spend time, but the presents and other christmasty things mean nothing to me anymore.

At first I thought they were going to recognize me and cry or something. That would have made me feel like shit. But when I came out they bought it hook line and sinker.
Now I get to go hang around a bunch of old people all day. Maybe the reason people have kids is to feel young again. I don't know, but I'd much rather watch them run around playing with their toys and talk to their dad than go hang out in a stuffy house and cook grouper. Oh well, grouper it is....
