Mayweather won an entertaining fight. Cotto had some nice rounds, landed some nice shots, but of course Mayweather was too much for him.
Pac fights in June. Boxing is the most corrupt sport in the world since its pretty much an asylum run by the inmates. This means that Pac is going to win in June unless he gets knocked out because there is no way in hell Boxing is giving up on that payday.
Does the fight get scheduled? Both sides have come to terms on everything except the purse split. I think we will finally get the fight.

Its gotta end up happening for monetary reason imo. But as far as your "corrupt sport" part, does anyone else think Mayweather is in bed with the promoters. I really think he gets kickbacks for letting the fights go 12. He is that good. I have watched most his fights and it looks like he dials it backs when he could press and get a KO

Tell people what they want to hear, they will like you. Tell them the actual truth...they may not.

He is a tomato can compared to the all time greats. I was shocked after watching him tonight after all the buildup I have heard on him for years. It is entertaining to me now knowing that people think he is one of the best ever.

No. He's getting there, but he isn't there yet. I do not put Mayweather with the likes of Sugar Ray Robinson, Oscar De La Hoya, Ali, Tyson, Rocky Marciano, and a few of the other greats that I consider the "GOAT". A lot of people do put him in that category, though.
Mayweather has counter-punching down to perfection, I will give him that.

Well, I know for a fact that a "false sense of nostalgia" permeates a bunch of thinking when it comes to many a thought process. There is no way to prove it but Mayweather is not in the same class as the boxers from yesteryear if this is his prime. I watched them and was an enthusiast of the sport. The false conviction of Tyson and Don King's antics soured me on the sport. I haven't kept up since D'Amatto died. Everyone, of course, is entitled to their opinion but I honestly don't think this guy should be mentioned with Sugar Ray Leonard & co. They made the sport larger than life for reasons other than opportunist promoters. They could flat out fight.
