Really excited about Coop. Kid had a bunch of hype coming in and is living up to it thus far, his game Saturday was very impressive. We've had a few young guys step up already this season, good to see for the future.

Anyone have any insight on how DGB is progressing at Missouri? I see the stats above and was assuming that he would be an immediate impact. Is it a learning curve or just needs more time to develop physically?

DGB had over 100+ rcving yards this last game.
He did not look that impressive against UGA or USCe but he is just a TF so with time he should dominate soon.

I'm a little surprised it didn't go to one of the Georgia backs, they both went off against Tennessee. The QB from A&M had a monster game too.

Manziel is a redshirt freshman and was the Tri-SEC Freshman of the Week from the league along with the two UGA backs. Those guys were impressive, but Gurley won it last week and Marshall had those two fumbles, so we went with Cooper.

He got 80 in one pass- long touchdown. He's doing well. I think by the middle of this month, he will really start to emerge.

Sky's the limit for Cooper. He has all the tools to be big-time....great speed, showed great moves in the flat against Ole Miss, great hands - he actually catches with his hands and not his body - especially the 2 TD catches on Saturday, great size, and he doesn't seem to get rattled on the big stage.

Agreed. Just this article is about one of the best freshman in college on one of the best teams. Not sure how auburn relates at all...
