I wouldnt put LSU in the Top 10. That being said, I think we finish the season inside of it. The thing about Les Miles is though he loses a game on his own, he gets his guys up for the big game so we will be in them all as usual. I'm excited about Jeremy Hill getting the bulk of the carries with the "dead weight" out of the way. Hopefully Mett comes back strong with a year under his belt but who the crap knows with that offense. We have a lot of new faces on defense but all highly recruited guys, but this D will not be the D that we have been accustomed to.
Though tigerinatx makes me cringe at his posts sometimes, he does have a point with bama playing an easy schedule. We have to play Florida and Georgia from the east while they draw Kentucky and Tennessee, and this gives bama a huge edge as far as the SEC race is concerned. But Who cares, it just means LSU fans get more quality games to watch.
All in all I see an 8-4 or 9-3 season next year with 10-2 looking highly unlikely but from overachieving, and hopefully 9-3 will be enough to put us in the top 10. While I'm waiting though I'll go watch LSU baseball win another title.
