Actually, he is just following former FSU coaches (Eliot and Stoops) to UK.
Strange, but so goes recruiting these days. He decomitted from FSU earlier because he wanted to go to school where his adoptive brother was going to school.

Especially if under the table recruiting is the route you choose to go
