I have no clue? How's this?
No reason to mention the QB position. Just pray that JJ can take over day one, IMO.
RB- Tre Mason is an average to decent talent that could really use a QB so that he is not the entire offense. After him, you have Blakely who couldn't hold on to the ball to stay on the field playing in one of the worst offenses in the country. Then there is a Bama scrub in Grant that was shown the door in Tuscaloosa that wasn't even good enough to get playing time in one of the worst offenses in the country.
WR- The best returning WR better be Coates because the others are just awful. Reed and Bray play scared most of the time and must have been weightroom partners with McCaleb up until now. Uzomah has potential, but I am not sure what defense is going to be scared of he and Coates as starting WRs.
TE- I would assume Prosch will move to that position, but he is pretty slow and not much of a threat to do anything other than block.
OL- Wasterman, Dismukes, and Robinson are guys you can build a solid line around, although I do feel Dismukes took a step back this season after a promising freshman year. Probably was just given too much responsibility too quickly, IMO. If Shon Coleman is able to return to form, it would help as well, but I will wait to see that when it happens. Really cheering for that kid.
DL- Dee Ford had huge expectations coming into the season and didn't produce much. With all the double teams Lemonier faced, he should have made an impact. Angelo Blackson is a good DT and Gabe Wright could be. Pass rush could be even more non-existant next year than it was this year though.
LB- Daren Bates did the best he could for Auburn and he is gone. I am sure most wish Jake Holland would enter the Canadian League draft this season instead of returning, but he is back to anchor the LBers.......and by anchor, I mean he runs like he is tied to one. I guess the best part about moving to a 4-2-5 is that only 2 LBers are on the field at one time. Does Foster re-commit and take one of those spots. Even if he does, I am not sure he is ready to be the captain on the field that he would need to be, although the talent can be there. If he is at Auburn, he along with Cassanova McKinzy could give Auburn at least 2 LBers actually worth of playing in the SEC. We are still patiently awaiting Kris Frost to actually do something in college. I am beginning to wonder.
DB- Where to begin? At the beginning of the year there were complaints that the best players weren't playing. Then the guys people were screaming for got to play and it might have actually gotten worse. Jermaine Whitehead and Demetruce McNeal seem to be battling for the "Neiko Thorpe 30 yards down field tackling" award. Is it even possible for a team to only get 2 INTs in a season? Over the last 6 years, 4 teams have accomplished that feat: USF, Akron, EMU, and now Auburn. 65.6% completion % against Auburn. Auburn's pass effeciency defense was higher that Tyler Wilson's, who is being predicted to be a 1st round draft pick in the NFL.

good notes. I don't think most auburn fans have come to terms with how bad their team truly is. record setting bad. so bad, that it was almost painful to watch as a Bama fan. bottom line is they're in piss poor condition...not talented...zero fundamentals. if t bell would have been taught how to tackle he wouldn't have had to been carried off the field. chris davis may as well have his arms amputated...he doesn't use them. i'm glad au fans are happy with the regime change, but you need a whole lot more. bizarre how you can free fall so quickly...unprecedented in sport.

Good. No need to fear someone on a message board. One of the guys PM'd me yesterday and said the nWo was a group of punks who got ran off tBG for a while for using a lot of the very same language and insults that they now criticize me for. AIO and Chiver started all of this, and they could possibly end it with an apology. I will be waiting.

But you see, you have absolutely NO idea what you are talking about. One guy got banned for bad language and it wasn't cola or AiO. We migrated to the dye hard board because no one wanted to hear that Chizik was a garbage coach at the begining of the season and some of us were deemed "negative" so we said to hell with it and did our own thing. It had nothing to do with using foul language.

I am only telling you what I was told. Chiz a garbage coach? Looks like we may have some common ground there. I have put what I need on the table for a cease-fire. An apology from AIO and Chiver. That's it. The ball is in their court.
