Any good stocks under $10 worth buying?

Just wondering if any of you guys had some advice on low dollar stocks you own or looking at buying. I am looking at buying some more and would like some help. TIA

I wish I would have bought Ford at ~$6 back in high school, it's doubled in value since.

either one is probably fine but i guess short term would be better. I am basically looking to buy some that are undervalued and sell when they go up some. I did really well on Regions Bank stock that was around $3 when i bought it which is now at about 6.

Same. I enjoy flipping, but I'm young, so long-term wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

GE is a good buy now at around $19 but that would be a long term investment. Historically GE has traded at over $50 with multiple stock splits and a dividend. They have been hurt by their financial arm the past few years but it's a very safe investment it just won't go up drastically right away. Probably a good 3-5 year investment.
As far as something short term, if you figure something out let me know.

thanks for the info. Dont know if GE will work for me due to the price of $19. Cant get a lot of bang for my buck or buy many shares.

Check out KOG and MHR, both oil and gas sector and are in the Bakken Shale. A lot of growth potential. Check out CIM. They deal with mortgage backed securities (great time to buy, all time low interest rates and prices) and they pay a nice quarterly dividend. Also, check out AMAT...solid fundamentals.

AMD is one I like, Not under 10 but I like the pharma stocks ie pfizer. Here is a better question...Why not buy ETFs?

Yeah, PFE is as solid as they come. You can never go wrong with a consistent dividend yielder.

No offense, but if you don't know how an ETF works you should probably do some reading before dumping money into the market. The overwhelming majority of "day traders" lose money. It's a gamble, at least make it an educated one.

I was just looking at the technicals on MHR and while I like gas and oil exploration it appears their relative strength is already extremely high relative to their peers; whereas, XCO has a very low relative strength and almost looks to be undervalued. MHR appears to have already broken through the resistance level too.
I don't follow equities all that much because I trade bonds, so I may not be a good person to take advice from either. hahaha.

I just looked at it real quick and if you follow them you obviously have a better understanding of how and where they trade. I agree people should be long oil and it's important to take in to account fundamentals; whereas, I only glanced at the technicals.
