When I said we reached out to the Provider, I meant ad provider not phone provider. Sorry for the confusion. We receive our ads from multiple providers. The ad provider that is serving the “sticky” ad, was serving it more often than they should, so we contacted them to make sure they knew. They said that the problem is fixed and you should not see the ad as often.
