Okay. Thanks. Even without seeing it, the thoughts are disturbing...

Yes it was, and ever since I saw it I rarely go out to eat in restaurants now. The only restaurants I touch are places like Subway other than that I try to cook my own food.

My wife and I have been trying to delve in, level headed, into what's real and what's broken in the food industry. Suffice to say all the findings show you should spend the money to get good food, cook at home, start taking a fish/flaxseed oil supplement because this whole generation will have bipolar/schizo/etc from Omega 3/6 imbalance, etc.

Exercise, cook at home, and try and raise awareness.

....and for the love of yourself people cut WAY down on High fructose corn syrup intake and get some good fats in your diet. Replacing fats with sugar and HFCS marks the beginning of death basically in America.

I'm cutting way down on cokes and trying to cut 30% of my sugar intake out this year.

That's a great place to start and Im no expert I am just encouraging you. Look at other stuff as well like ketchup. Any place you can cut out HFCS you're winning.

Does it matter what kind?

How about just a healthy cereal alternative. My wife and I purchase raw milk from a local farm and in the morning I often have Cascadia Farms cereal with raw milk (has lots of good fat) and an avocado (has lots of good fat).

Then I try and drink about as much water as I can casually drink between then and noon. lol. Best I've ever felt.

Remember that vitamins need to be taken with food that has fat in it. So the vitamin is properly broken down and ingested. From everything I've read I think men should take a one-a-day vitamin about 1-2 a week.

Probiotics is what I've been fired up on. Reading into that has me excited. Been on a regimen for 3 months now and can feel the difference.
