Anyone ever wish they would have tried another school?

  • I remember when I was in college I read an article about guys that went to Wellesley College once they were forced to allow males into the school.

I think the article was in Maxim. Lord, the stories those kids told. Isn't it basically the equivalent of an Ivy League education? Anyway, these guys had about 300 girls fighting over each one of them.

To have college back. I envy those fvckers for real though.

  • It's all about quality not quantity bro. When I was at MMI there was an all girls college in the same town called Judson. I was just 15 but that was old enough for them. There were not enough of us to go around so it was easy if you wanted to....but most didn't want to. Good lord the gremlins that went to that school. I was with a bunch of dudes 24/7 for 6 months and those girls still didn't look good.

I've seen pics of these girls, mostly made up of politicians kids. They have some BAD bitches.

Politicians don't make their careers by marrying and knocking up ugly chicks.

  • No. College of Charleston is always ranked right behind Florida, Georgia, and Ole Miss in terms of hottest chicks in those silly web ratings articles and the ratio is better than most schools in the top 10. (It's like 3:1 now with the last 2 incoming classes more 4:1) Not only the college but Charleston is a huge tourist destination that is always top 5 best cities in the world by pretty much all travel magazines so it's not just a 'college town' like Athens or Gainesville. I could've gotten a slightly better education somewhere but God damn this place is awesome.

I never did. Both my parents are MSU alums. i grew up with MSU and I always planned on going there, never applied anywhere else. This is not me saying I had grades for umaa, because I did not. I think every MSU alum will say UM is a better school in most departments, but it's not like MSU is some crappy tier college. What drives us nuts, though, are the walvies talking crap from their trailers about MSU's academics when they are in no way affiliated with umaa (which includes flint and Dearborn, because they are not close to umaa academically)

As a UM fan who went to an Ivy League school, am I grouped in with the "walvies talking crap from their trailers about MSU's academics when they are in no way affiliated with umaa"?

  • I did when I went to Arizona State shortly after high school. I hated it there when I was a student. Just too many people in one place. I also disliked all my professors except one the only semester I was there.

  • I almost went to boston college just to live in boston and go to sox games. But, i couldnt justify making my parents pay for that. That, and i could not imagine being at a school that i did not give a damn about their sports program. So, i only thought about state. And im happy as hell i did

Haven't been on lately, but here's this guy talking up his Ivy League degree again. Nobody cares guy. Literally, nobody on here cares. I know that's hard to hear, but it's almost like you want some sort of gratification. Were you not hugged as a child?

For that other UM fan, I find that guy to be your typical UM doucher. I mean, it's like these people don't understand that people don't want to go to UM. They go to other universities, do well, and achieve success in life. It's like they just don't get that having a UM degree doesn't guarantee you success and when they underachieve in life, their only saving grace is to come on a message board to belittle people from other universities. Pretty sad actually. Oh well. I do my job. I pay my taxes and donate to the poor so the UM fans can live and put food on the table for their poor and struggling households.

The only other college I've visited where I thought I may want to go other than MSU was U of Colorado - Boulder. Oh, man. That place is f'ing awesome. Anyone that has been to Boulder can attest to the awesomeness of that university. Lots of hot chicks as well and so many outdoor activities to do on top of the partying. Great place.

  • Got into Vandy and Boston University. But I am from Nashville and my high school sent about 30% of the graduating class every year Vandy and I wanted to get outta town so that was out. I loved BU but my parents did not want to foot the bill. Had tons of friends on the AU lacrosse team so I went there.

I have always wondered what if though.

    Same with me.

I went to the University of Evansville, same conference as you guys, and make a good living off my engineering degree. Still, there was only about 3k kids total and I chose it because it was small at first and thought it would help keep me out of the troubles of a large school.

Yeah got that one completely fvcking wrong. At least they let me come back and get my degree after my little "stint".
