Man I wish we had that here in Michigan. I mean we have frogs but I never heard of ppl going Froggin. Must be a southern thing. We just have Walleye and Perch up here.

Big difference in the size of the frogs down in Louisiana as well.

I'll have to google "crystal hot"... Do u guys eat small game down there? Like squirrels, rabbits and such? I only shoot em in the winter because the cold kills off the fleas on em. Squirrell pot pie is my specialty. Ooooo-E!

we used to go "frog gigging" with a long aluminum pole with a 3 prong fork on the end in a boat with a trolling motor at night with headlights. it was nothing to get 30 to 60 a night but there aint as many frogs as it used to be here in the mississippi delta
