Alex is a good pick-up, congrats.
I agree with you on Mack. He's old as dirt and he's never really been a great coach IMO. Great recruiter that has been able to surround himself with good assistants from time to time, but he's also had some misfires in that department and on the rare occasion that the 5*'s and high 4*'s he recruits don't pan out the team suffers. He isn't a great developer of talent or game-day coach. He's got to get the right assistants in place and he needs his high profile talent to play up to their rankings because he just isn't good at developing talent IMO.
