I think there is most likely another form of Humans on other planets throughout not only the universe but in our galaxy. It's insane to think about though.

I personally absolutely believe there is intelligent life out there as well, but the chance of that intelligent life being human is nigh nonexistent.

Life would have had to evolve the exact same way there for there to be humans there.

That being said I wouldn't be surprised for there to be humanoid intelligent life.

  • I don't think it's possible for Earth to be the only place in the universe where intelligent life exists. There are billions of galaxies out there and the universe is ever expanding. Think about that for a second....billions. Then, consider that each galaxy has hundreds of billions of stars. It is impossible to comprehend how many planets similar to our's could exist. The odds that we are alone are just too small. I think we'll eventually find intelligent life somewhere else or they will find us but it will be a long, long time from now. Just remember people used to think the world was flat. We learn more and more about ourselves and our surroundings everyday. Eventually, we'll be capable of figuring out/finding where other intelligent life is in our universe.

  • I'm more inclined to believe we are not alone, from something I witnessed as a kid. One night back in 91 I was 11yr's old & stayed at a friend's house down the street in the neighborhood I grew up in. Anyway I got kinda sick & decided to go home around 3:00 in the morning, it was about a 2 min walk from his house to mine. I was about 40 feet from the driveway of my house when I say this thing floating, making no noise lighting up the entire tree top's like it was daytime. I stood & looked at it for about 10 to 15 second's when all of a sudden it flased out & reappered over the horizon & shot up & out of sight within the blink of an eye. I have no idea what it was, if it was some kind of rare natural anomile or man made experimental cratf or something not from this planet. Who know's? I'll say what I alway's say when I tell people this story, I dont expect you to believe me cause it's that crazy, but that site happened.

Agreed. Considering people have thought that Mars could have had life on it previously, it's impossible to suggest there isn't one planet in the billions upon billions of them that doesn't have life.

It would be pretty cool if another life form found us IMO.

  • What about time travel? Anybody think it is or ever will be possible? I don't and here's why - if time travel was possible, somebody would have come back from the future by now. They would have brought with them all sorts of knowledge and information that could have helped advance our society exponentially. We would have cures for cancer, AIDS, etc. Furthermore, we would have had cures for all of the horrible diseases that plagued us years ago, keeping them from decimating our population. Someone would have come back and killed Hitler, stopped 9/11, taken out John Connor, etc.

How could someone come back to now, if right now is the present? The future doesn't happen simultaneously.

If someone went back and stopped 9/11 or Hitler's rise to power, they wouldn't have the cause (those events happening) that motivated the time travel in the first place.

    Classic rookie time travel mistake.

That's known as a paradox which isn't necessarily prohibitive to changing a former event in time. The future you know would still exist in one reality, the new future would exist in another dimensional reality.

I have to go along with McTaggart's postulations on time. I don't have time (yuk yuk) to print them all so look it up.

how do you know something like that hasn't happened then....

there could have been "another Hitler" but someone came back and stopped them.... we would never know, and who would believe them?

    here it is...

I'm from the future, and 10 years ago, I stopped an assassination on the would be president Barrack Obama.... see how bad that could go for us? :)

    that is pretty crazy.

I know this.... a family member of mine flew folks out to AREA 51 - he never knew what or who he was transporting. the shows that have come out tell us "some" things they were researching out there - SR 71 Blackbird, stealth technology...all the things you know about today - and that according to those shows are only about 10% of what happened out there.

if we had stealth 30/40 years ago - what do we have today - and maybe it is airships that look "out of this world"....who knows. but that doesn't explain or prove extra terrestrial beings.

your story is amazing - and pretty cool. thanks for sharing.

my belief is this - and maybe i'm alone, but probably not. I believe in God and if God tells me how this earth was formed, I believe him. if he chooses "not" to tell me about something else he created somewhere else... then I accept that.

but it is pretty cool to sit and think about the billions of stars and the possibility of life - and what it would be elsewhere. but again, in my faith - it doesn't matter, just that it is interesting.

I'm with you. I was never really into any of that stuff before that, but it has intrested me since my own experience over 20 year's ago. As far as Area 51 goes there is something major going on out there & has been since the late 40's early 50's. What is going on is anyone's guess & the truth is probably far stranger than anything made up, not that we'll ever know. Also God state's in the bible that he is the creator of all thing's seen & unseen, so that leave's a huge door wide open.
