Seriously though, if you grow up driving in snow, it doesn't matter what car you have. If you're smart and know how to drive, you'll be fine, no matter what you're driving. It's the a-holes in huge trucks and SUVs who think they don't have to drive carefully just because they drive a bigger vehicle who ruin it for everyone.

I didn't grow up driving in snow, but learned fairly quickly when I moved here. If you know what you're doing and have snow tires, you're fine.
Its really not that difficult.

Just sold my Crimson 2011 f150 ecoboost to my dad .
Bought a 2012 edge limited platinum white
Also have an Eddie Bauer 2004 explorer.
Had a Silverado before that . 08 model with magna charger super charger. Won't own another Chevy though last three did not make it forty k without a transmission going out

Own a 07 vw Jetta, 07 Camry and 71 Chevy c10 (my baby. Has 350/350 and getting painted rescue green this week)
Wife wants to trade one of the cars for damn Honda Odessy ex-l but I don't wanna spend 35000 for a van.
I would love to get rid of the Jetta for the new subie sports car or a Nissan 370. Kinda want to wait for Subaru or Toyota to through a turbo on either platform though. Would make my 60 mile a day commute a more pleasurable experience.
