    I would rather have Paul Rhoads than Gus. He has been far superior to Chizik at Iowa State. If Chizik could win 1 national championship at Auburn, Paul Rhoads could probably win 2 or 3

    if Auburn wants to hire a coach to win 2 or 3 NC's they had better hire someone just out of college otherwise he wouldnt live long enough.
    one every 50 years has been proven but 2 or 3 during the career ? geez the guy would be older than John Wooden when CJW moved on to join God's staff.

    keep in mind Scooter,

    Arky was once a Big time program among those currently in the B12 (SWC).
    and as recent as last season was ranked #3 nationally (albeit a very distant #3).

    He's going to get the can for that supposed "slap" of the graduate assistant. I honestly didn't think it was all that bad.

    Was he wrong, yeah he was, but it still wasn't as bad as people are making it out. I personally don't think TT is all that good of a coach. I thought that they really wanted Charlie Strong. I would take him over Tuberville any day of the week, even if he didn't rip the headphones off that graduate assistant.

    The people I know that I mentioned earlier are saying that UK is looking really hard after David Cutcliffe. It's been a couple of days since I talked to them, but they were telling me that they were making a move for him.

    They very well could be. They told me that UK was going to really try and make a splash but if they couldn't get a big name, that Cutcliffe was going to be number one on their list. Don't shoot the messenger. They are right more often than not, but I have no idea what they really know.

    Edit: It has been a few days since I've spoken to them and it seems like other people on here are hearing Petrino lately. Maybe, things have changed since then.

    Lol, it's all good. There HAS been some smoke regarding Petrino, but I still don't think it's going to happen due to our Athletic Director. In all honesty, I just hope we can get a football coach that's worth a damn.
