Virginia Tech CB commit Kendall Fuller was one of several five-stars to shine for the East team at Tuesday's practice in preparation for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

How tall are Bo Jackson, Hershel Walker, Marcus Dupree, Marcus Allen, Allen Pinkett, Roger Craig, OJ Simpson, Robert Smith, Eddie George and Eric Dickerson?

Each one of the aforementioned RBs were great in college and/or the NFL. They did not seem to be lacking or incapable of being effective on the gridiron. As a matter of fact, they were outright OUTSTANDING!!!

So, please stop projecting Derrick Henry as the next great athlete to play ANY OTHER POSITION outside of running back. That young man has demonstrated he is and deserves to be a 5-STAR recruit period. I'm just saying...

Allen Pinkett was 5'9 but probably closer to 5'7, Roger Craig was listed at 6'0 but probably 5'10-5'11& Hershell and Bo were both 6'1 listed but I live right down the street from Bo in Burr Ridge, IL and he is definitely 5'11-6'0, but a brick sh*t house as is Hershell Walker who could be the most impressive 50 year old I have ever seen.

The rest listed were all tall RBs and listed at 6'2 (George at 6'3 & OJ at 6'1) however, that is just 6 guys that you have named that were close to the height that Henry is and compare that to RBs from 6'0 and shorter, it is not even close. It is the exception to the rule. More so, you know, as a Bama fan that Henry will not play RB as quickly as he would another position because Bama is stacked there.

Lastly, give me a break with how offended you are?? The Analysts are analyzing and giving an opinion like you are. They gave him 5 stars because they think he is a great ball player. Realistically, they should rank him as a 4 star because he is not a great RB like others (ie Green, Bryant and Taylor).

I never said he couldn't play RB. I said he was good enough to play RB at a big-time school. I also added that he was the best athlete on the field and thought he may project better at another position. I think he's an SEC RB no question. Just not sure he's an elite RB where I think he could athletically be an elite something else.

I think your analysis is spot on Steve. Can be a solid SEC RB but could be ELITE at another position i.e. H-Back/TE/LB which is what makes him a 5* ATHLETE

I can't help but think of DH in a role like Gronkowski or Hernandez at New England. His size and speed combination along with the open field skills he has developed as a HS RB he would be a nightmare for D coordinators. They surely couldn't rely on a LB to keep up with him in coverage.

If he doesn't play RB I want him a LB. Size/speed combo is rare and he is a tough, physical kid.
